Koolaai is an AI-powered SaaS platform offering tools such as:

• AI chat (powered by ChatGPT and Gemini APIs)

• AI image generation (Koolaai V1)

• AI writing tools (essays, blogs, captions, etc.)

• Business tools (CV builder, ad copy, pitch deck, content planner)

Your use of these services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

All package fees (Starter, Creator, Pro, or Demo Mini) are non-refundable once activated.

Payments must be completed in full before accessing premium features.

Auto-renewal is not enabled by default; users may repurchase manually.

Any discounts or promotional offers are time-limited and subject to change.

'Unlimited Chat' applies to reasonable usage levels; excessive automated requests or misuse may result in suspension.

Image generation limits are defined per package. Additional images can be purchased via top-up.

Koolaai reserves the right to restrict or suspend accounts for abuse, spam, or violation of OpenAI/Gemini content policies.

AI-generated outputs are created by third-party models and are for personal or business use at your own discretion.

Koolaai does not claim ownership of your generated content but may store anonymized data to improve services.

Users are responsible for ensuring that generated content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights.

We do not sell or share user data with external parties.

Limited conversation and image data may be stored for system optimization and abuse prevention.

Users are encouraged not to input sensitive or personal information in prompts.

Koolaai provides AI-generated results 'as is' without any guarantees of accuracy or suitability.

The platform shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims resulting from the use of AI outputs.

Violation of terms, including fraudulent activity, reselling of access, or misuse of AI tools, may result in temporary or permanent suspension without refund.
